What is the Print Cost Check?

It is a quick tool that works out what your current printing really costs you, then shows what you could be paying with future® Office. You enter your machines, your monthly print volumes and your cost per page, and we show you the difference in seconds. There is no obligation, just a clear picture of where you stand.

What do I need to have to hand?

A rough idea of how many devices you run, your monthly print volumes and your cost per page. You will find the cost per page on your service agreement or a recent invoice, usually shown in pence per page. If you are not certain on a figure, a sensible estimate is fine, we confirm the exact numbers with you afterwards.

How accurate is the result?

It is a close indicative estimate based on the details you enter, accurate enough to show you whether you are overpaying and by roughly how much. The final, exact figures come from a short review of your paperwork, where we confirm everything before you commit to anything.

Will this cost me anything or commit me to a contract?

No. The Print Cost Check is completely free and there is no obligation at all. It simply shows you the numbers. If you like what you see, you can speak to us about a better deal, and if you do not, you have lost nothing and gained a useful benchmark.

What happens after I get my result?

You see your potential saving on screen straight away, and a copy is sent to our team so we can put together a tailored, like-for-like quote if you want one. There is no hard sell. We are happy to simply answer questions and let the numbers speak for themselves.
