Google Meet Hardware is a dedicated room system that runs a shared room account on certified hardware. It provides a one-touch join experience on a large display, without requiring a participant’s personal laptop to host the call.

Do you only use hardware from the Google Meet Hardware programme?

Yes. We specify only devices certified within the Google Meet Hardware programme. This ensures full compatibility with Google Workspace and the best possible performance on Meet calls.

Does the room system integrate with Google Calendar for room booking?

Yes. Google Meet Hardware rooms integrate natively with Google Calendar, so the display outside the room shows booking status and meeting details, and scheduled meetings can be joined with a single tap.

What size rooms can Google Meet Hardware be deployed in?

The programme covers solutions for huddle spaces, standard meeting rooms and large boardrooms, with certified hardware combinations designed for each room scale. We specify the right solution for each of your rooms.
