Sound Familiar?

Lifecycle Management Problems That Quietly Add Up

Devices Running Past Their Useful Life

Old devices slow staff down, create security risks and cost more to maintain than they are worth.

No Refresh Plan in Place

Hardware is replaced reactively when it fails, not proactively, causing operational disruption and unplanned expenditure.

Data Security at End of Life

Devices are retired without certified data wiping, creating potential data exposure and compliance risk.

Accumulating IT Asset Debt

No central record of what you own, how old it is or when it should be replaced means your estate grows unmanaged.

Our Approach

Full Lifecycle Management for Your Device Estate

We Build and Maintain a Full Asset Register

Every device is catalogued with model, age, condition and projected end-of-life date, giving you and our team a live view of your entire fleet.

We Plan and Execute a Proactive Refresh Schedule

Based on your asset data, we identify devices approaching end of useful life and manage their replacement before they become a problem for your team.

We Handle Secure Data Destruction and Disposal

End-of-life devices are collected, data-wiped to certified standards and disposed of through WEEE-compliant channels, with certification provided on request.

Speak To An Expert
What does device lifecycle management cover from start to finish?

It covers procurement and configuration, deployment to end users, ongoing asset tracking, proactive refresh planning, and end-of-life data wiping and responsible disposal of retired hardware.

How do you track our devices across multiple office locations?

We maintain a centralised asset register that logs every device by location, user, specification and lifecycle status. This is updated at each lifecycle event and available to you for internal reporting.

What standard is used for data destruction on end-of-life devices?

We use certified data destruction methods in line with NCSC guidance and Blancco or equivalent standards. A certificate of destruction is provided on request for compliance and audit purposes.

How far in advance do you flag devices approaching end of life?

We flag devices typically six months before projected end of useful life. This gives enough runway to plan replacement procurement, configure new devices and schedule deployment without operational disruption.

Can you manage lifecycle for devices we did not originally purchase through you?

Yes. We can onboard an existing device estate into our lifecycle management programme, beginning with a full audit to establish a baseline asset register.
