What is the difference between Zoom Rooms and a standard Zoom account?

Zoom Rooms is a dedicated room system running on shared hardware. It uses a room account rather than an individual’s login and provides a one-touch join experience on a large display, rather than requiring a laptop to host the call.

Do you use Zoom-certified hardware?

Yes. We exclusively specify hardware from Zoom’s Hardware Certification Programme, covering cameras, audio bars, compute devices and controllers from approved manufacturers.

What licences are required to run Zoom Rooms?

Each room requires a Zoom Rooms licence in addition to your existing Zoom account. We can advise on the right licence structure and help procure licences as part of the deployment project.

Can Zoom Rooms be set up for different room sizes?

Yes. We design solutions for huddle spaces, standard meeting rooms and larger boardrooms, with appropriate hardware specifications for the camera field of view, microphone coverage and display size needed in each environment.

What ongoing support do you provide after installation?
