What hardware is required for a digital sign-in system?

Most deployments use a tablet on a stand at reception. We supply and configure the tablet, stand and any associated badge printer as a complete, ready-to-use unit.

Can the sign-in screen be branded with our company logo and colours?

Yes. The sign-in flow is fully customisable with your logo, brand colours, welcome messaging and any specific data fields or policy acknowledgements you need to capture.

How does the host notification work?

When a visitor completes sign-in, their host receives an automatic notification by email, SMS or a platform such as Microsoft Teams or Slack, depending on your preferred setup.

Is a digital sign-in system compliant with GDPR?

Yes, when properly configured. Visitor data is collected with consent, stored securely and automatically purged after a defined retention period. Visitor details are not visible to other visitors, unlike a paper book.
