Can I use future® Office for more than one type of service?

Yes. Many of our customers use us for two or more service areas - for example, managed print alongside workplace IT. Having one provider manage multiple services reduces complexity and means our team builds a thorough understanding of your environment.

Do you work with existing equipment?

In many cases, yes. During your initial consultation we will assess your current hardware and advise whether it can be brought under a managed service or whether a refresh makes more commercial sense.

Are your services available on a contract basis?

Yes. We offer managed service agreements across all four service categories. Contract lengths and terms vary by service and are discussed during the quoting process.

Can you support multi-site organisations?

Absolutely. We regularly support businesses and institutions with multiple locations. Our remote monitoring tools and national engineer network make consistent multi-site delivery straightforward.
